Reason Group at the Parliamentary Tech Showcase 2023

On 1 August 2023, Reason Group was part of the Parliamentary Innovation Tech Showcase, hosted by the Tech Council of Australia at Parliament House.

Reason Group’s Parliamentary Innovation Tech Showcase simulation gave attendees a firsthand experience of our RegTech solution, providing 100% explainability and real-time simulation of outcomes.

Our team guided participants through common scenarios from both policymaker and customer viewpoints. We even added a playful touch with a nod to Loki and Asgard!

This demonstrated how our RegTech innovation makes complex decision-making more transparent – 10x faster and more reliable than traditional approaches. It also helps experts turn legislation, regulations, policies, and staff knowledge into easily understandable codes!

Legislation is the source code of Government

Reason Group’s Parliamentary Innovation Tech Showcase simulation shows how we are making complex government regulations easier by treating “legislation: the source code for Government.” The simulation uses examples like international travel to show how we make things easier from both a policymaker and customer perspective.

With our RegTech solution, we can turn complex rules into simple interview questions! We can also change the rules on the fly and make it a personalised experience for customers.

Reason’s solution supports multiple channels, including a portal, guided interviews, chatbot interactions, and APIs. We want to show how AI/ML technology can make decisions better and easier to understand, rather than instilling fear.

By involving experts, explaining things clearly, and testing changes before using them, we offer a less risky way to make decisions compared to traditional methods.
