Reporting what matters
Our Challenge
To meet new reporting requirements, the client needed a better way of reporting on their key performance indicators (KPI). They also needed flexibility to adapt to shifting government priorities.
Our approach
Starting with a review of functions, we developed an initial framework to test within the organisation. We worked with the senior executive to secure buy in for the draft KPI framework. We also spoke with mid-level managers, drawing on their expertise in performance management and designing a way to measure and report on staff performance.
The Outcome
The KPI framework was endorsed by the executive leadership team, and now gives consistency to identifying and reporting on performance metrics. The client can demonstrate that it’s operating transparently and professionally by meeting its reporting obligations.
